The Fit and Firm Facial is a ninety-minute treatment designed to rejuvenate and tighten the skin and contour the face and neck. It combines advanced techniques with a protein-rich mask, cocktailed with hyaluronic acid and vitamin C, that amplifies lifting and gives a toned effect by re-educating the muscles underneath.

Skin leaves smoother and tighter. Because lifting is cumulative, it is also available as a package of three at $500, which saves $175 over booking singly.

Microcurrent gently stimulates the facial muscles, which is where lift actually comes from. Paired with Gua Sha it drains and sculpts; paired with the Age Management Facial it delivers firmness and hydration together.

Why pro-aging and not anti-aging?

Because skin ages, and fighting that is a losing game. Pro-aging means keeping skin firm, hydrated and healthy at every age, which is a thing you can actually do.

How many Fit and Firm treatments do I need?

You will see a difference after one. Lifting and tightening build over a series, which is why the package of three exists.

Is microcurrent safe?

For most people, yes. It is a very low-level current and the treatment is comfortable. Nella screens for contraindications at your consultation, so mention any implants or medical devices.

Can I combine these with a chemical peel?

Sometimes, with spacing. Nella will sequence your treatments so nothing fights anything else.
