Both consultations are complimentary and both end the same way: you know what your skin is doing, what will help, and what to use at home. Whether you book a treatment afterwards is entirely up to you.

Most people book a facial based on what they think they need. A consultation starts the other way round. Nella looks at your skin under proper light, asks what you have been using and what you want to change, and tells you honestly what will help and what will not.
You leave with two things: a treatment plan for the studio, and a home routine, which often means stopping a product as much as starting one. New clients usually go from here to the Introductory Facial.

Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment, so it comes with a proper screening first. This consultation checks for contraindications, confirms you are a good candidate, and gets the forms done.
Nella walks you through exactly how the treatment works, what it feels like, and the pre and post care that makes the difference between a good result and a great one. Neck and chest microneedling is offered to existing clients, after a course of skin care treatments.
