Membership questions

Which plan should I pick?
Radiance is for skin that is in decent shape and needs to stay there. Ultimate Glow is for skin you are actively correcting: firmness, texture, pigment. If you are not sure, book a complimentary consultation and Nella will tell you which one fits.
What happens if I miss a month?
Your treatment rolls over. Use it the following month alongside that month's treatment. Nothing is lost.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Memberships are managed in Vagaro, and Nella can move you between plans as your skin changes.
Do the discounts apply to everything?
Fifteen percent off add-ons and enhancements, ten percent off professional skincare products on the shelf, and member pricing on services beyond your monthly treatment.
How do I join?
Through Vagaro, the same place you book appointments. Pick a plan and choose your treatment when you book each month.
